Report on the implementation of the Recommendation CM/Rec (2010)5 of the Council of Europe

The Report is an overview of how much the country is implementing the Council of Europe’s Recommendation on combating discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identification. This Recommendation is a document of great importance for the LGBTI people as the first international legal instrument dealing specifically with discrimination on these grounds. The Report presents the key findings from the assessment of the progress in the implementation of this Recommendation by the state and gives concrete recommendations to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia for priority actions. Link to the Report on the implementation of the Recommendation
