Игбале Ругова е првата лезбејка која јавно зборуваше за својата сексуална ориентација во Косово, таа е феминистка, антивоена активистка, ко-основачка и извршна директорка на Женска мрежа, Косово. Ја користела музиката за работа со жени во бегалските кампови за време на војната и сè уште ја користи како алатка за создавање на заедничко разбирање и лечење.

Igballe Rogova is the first lesbian in Kosovo to come out publicly, she is feminist, anti-war activists, co-founder and executive director Women’s Network Kosovo. She has been a human rights and peace activist for decades. She used music to work with women in refugee camps during the war, and continues to use music as a tool for creating mutual understanding and healing.
