Порака од организаторот на Неделата на гордоста во Истанбул, Ризгар Бушки (Rüzgâr Buski):

„Поздрав до нашите пријатели и пријателки надвор од Турција,

Добро сме, протестите траат и понатаму. Учеството на ЛГБТ луѓето во борбата за Гези паркот е огромно, а многу од нас има и на барикадите, и ние даваме отпор на полициската бруталност.

Како што можеби веќе знаете, останаа 3 недели до Истанбулската Недела на гордоста и Поворката на гордоста. Со полна пареа работиме на организацијата на овие настани. Наскоро ќе ја знаеме и овогодинешната програма.

Настаните ќе се случуваат меѓу 24ти и 30ти јуни, а на 30ти јуни е и самиот марш. По овие жестоки денови на протести, не сме сигурни дали Неделата на гордоста ќе биде во најдобро светло.

Многу ни значи вашата поддршка, ни давате дополнителна енергија да се спротивставиме на оваа посрана држава.
